How the Institute collects and uses information about/from
its visitors:

To better serve web visitors and to evaluate visitor
needs, the Institute tracks site-usage habits of its online guests. This
information may include the following:
domain name you use to access the Internet (what follows
your user name, e.g., @aol.com, @verizon.net or @wanadoo.fr),

and
site from which you came to our site.
The Institute does not rent, sell, or share this information with any
external party, expect for sharing necessary information with an external
website consultant with whom the Institute has entered into an agreement
of confidentiality. Unless a guest directly e-mails personal information
to Institute staff members, this is the sum and substance of the data
that the Institute collects about its visitors. The Institute does not
attempt to track or record e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, or other
personal information of individuals browsing the Institute website. The
Institute website does not use cookies.

The Institute website offers visitors the opportunity to e-mail Institute
staff to receive, for example, specific information about the International
Business Ethics Institute and Institute program areas or questions related
to business ethics or corporate responsibility. Depending upon the nature
of the request, contact information about a visitor may be captured in
the database of the International Business Ethics Institute. The
International Business Ethics Institute considers its database to be proprietary
and confidential. It never rents, sells, or shares database
information with any individual or organization. The Institute
neither markets nor sends out mass mailings to individuals within its
database. For example, e-mailers who wish to be placed on the mailing
list to receive the International Business Ethics Review can
expect only to receive that communication or other relevant
and germane communications about business ethics from
the Institute. The Institute respects the rights of e-mailers and will
not capture any contact information about an individual if asked not to

promote or to endorse the products or services of any individual or organization.

As usage of the Internet increases and as the concerns of our visitors
change with regard to their privacy, the Institute may find it necessary
to revise its privacy policy. Any revision to the Institute privacy policy
will be announced on the homepage of this website.
