INSTITUTIONAL PROGRAM ASSISTANCE
Overview of Institutional Program Assistance the International
Business Ethics Institute Provides
The Institute provides expert assistance to international organizations
interested in implementing, expanding, or modifying their global corporate
responsibility initiatives, programs and program elements. The Institute’s
customized approach moves beyond the compliance-orientation of traditional
ethics programs to integrate broader applications of corporate integrity
and company values on a global scale.
While the Institute's approach to developing a corporate responsibility
program is ultimately based on the specified needs and objectives of each
organization, the Institute generally recommends incorporating four major
phases of program development. The Institute can also assist an organization
interested in developing, reviewing, or modifying any discrete step in
this process.
